Fundamentals of Flow with Sean Patrick

In this workshop, we will slow down the Moksha Flow series and spend more time exploring the sequence structure. We will integrate and support key movements with props, and break down the more advanced postures like crow and half moon. Come with an open mind and desire to explore! Expect a movement oriented, fun and upbeat experience. Reduced heat, dress comfy.
