Join Sara & Jes for a fun and accessible workshop to develop a solid understanding of a how to cultivate a life-long, rewarding meditation practice. A daily practice of mindfulness can change the brain and body at a molecular and cellular level improving overall health. Mindfulness shines bright over every aspect of our lives and can help us build deeper relationships and understanding of ourselves and others.
