Roll With The Flow
This workshop will feature a 30 min Yoga TuneUp Ball Massage and 60 min vinyasa flow. Learn to ride your breath in this specialty vinyasa class. Using a unique sequence of self-massage to roll out any existing myofascial trigger points, we wake up our muscles that are required for easier, fuller and freer breaths. Then we put it to the test through a 60 flow-based class with an emphasis on breath work. You’ll come out of this class feeling energized and revitalized — you can also look forward to a good night’s sleep!
