Yukio Koglin

Coming to yoga practice to heal chronic injuries sustained in a lifelong practice of judo, Yukio was so grateful to discover that yoga encompassed one of his other passions as well: meditation. The melding of physical movement with mindfulness has been a wonderful journey for him, to share this moving meditation with others, an absolute joy. He gives thanks to all of his teachers throughout his life.

He is very excited at the possibility that yoga gives for personal and societal change through exercising our very precious gift of freedom of choice.

“That which I have described to you as the Life of this universe, as present in the atom and in the suns and moons—that is the basis of our own life, the Soul of our souls. Nay, thou art That.”  -Vivekananda
